Shadow is a 10 Year Old Grey Dapple Quarter Horse Gelding. He stands 15 hands tall and has a nice stocky built. Shadow is a very attractive looking horse. If you been in the market for that good broke all around safe gelding then Shadow is exactly that. He is the kind of horse everyone is looking for and the kind of horse that is very hard to find. Shadow has been used all summer for a family trail horse. He is a great trail horse that is very seasoned on the trail and sure footed in the rough terrain. We have had beginners ride him and they did great on him. Trail ride him alone or out with other horses. Traffic safe and good around for wheelers and farm equipment and bikes. Shadow has also worked on a cattle ranch and is very good when it comes to working with cattle. He has been used to go out and check fences and doctor cattle out in the pasture. All this making him a very safe been there done that type of horse. We have also rode him in the arena and he has a nice trot with a nice head set and good smooth lope and lopes nice circles. You will love his one hand neck rein making him very easy to steer. Let him sit long periods of time with out being ridden and he will stay good broke and gentle. We never have to lunge him before riding. Just saddle him up and get on and go enjoy a nice relaxing ride. He is very quiet and very safe and very good broke making him the whole complete package.
