Dexter is a 12 yr old sooty buckskin gelding he’s stands 15 h tall and is the prettiest buckskin color you ever seen. He’s been used on the ranch in west Texas in rough country, from pushing cattle from section pastures to bringing steers up in the roping pen. Dexter is easy going nothing really bothers him he’s easy to get along with, we actually pop fire works off of him and shoot a gun as well. He’s been on extreme trail rides from rocky country in the mountains to sandy deserts. We’ve also done a lot of pleasure riding in town around traffic. If your looking for a horse that’s gentle and has the looks here he is you will get noticed everywhere you go. Dexter has done some roping outside on the ranch would make an easy transition to the arena if someone wanted to go that direction with him. He’s been introduced to the smarty and slow steers in the arena. Dexter is easy to shoe has a brand new set. He ties, stands, saddles, bathes and will load and un load any trailer with no problems.
