Trail extraordinaire, started in breakaway & tie-down roping, and heeling steers out of the box! Jimmy has something to offer just about anyone!
Jimmy is like an old soul. A calm & cool gelding. He’s been on several overnight camping trips. An exceptional trail mount. Crosses water, downfall, and rough terrain with ease. He isn’t herd bound…rides out alone or in a group. Husband & kid safe!
In the arena, Jimmy lopes both directions on the correct lead, moves laterally, and is easily controlled by your feet & seat. He is experienced in all aspects of ranch work. Started & showing a lot of promise in tie-down & breakaway roping. Has also heeled steers out of the box.
Jimmy is an easy going guy. He has had extensive desensitization training. He has zero spook. Is unbothered by traffic, tarps, farm machinery, working dogs running all around him, and carries the flag!
Jimmy is easy to catch, turns out in a mixed herd or can be stalled. Hauls well. Stands for clipping, bathing, & grooming.
