This 4 year old Halflinger X quarter horse mare stands just shy of 14 hands tall and wide! Cindy Lou is as correct as you can ask for and absolutely blemish free. This mare is a barn favorite, she’s so sweet and easy to live with on top of being the most fun horse to ride!!! Wether you’re a kid or adult you’ll absolutely adore this one. She is a true gem rides English or western in the arena or out on trails and she DRIVES! Cindy also knows tricks. Can’t mount from the ground? That’s okay Cindy will lay down for you to get on! She also knows how to lay down from the saddle for easy dismount too! Cindy Lou is packed with talent and would make a phenomenal event pony or even dressage prospect. She has such an adjustable way of carriage and movement and the more collected you ask for the loftier her step becomes! She will slow jog and stretch out into an extended trot if asked. Her canter is comfortable and extremely balanced and soft, she will ride collected in contact and has a nice stop and back up. Out on trail she will go absolutely anywhere you point her she is as unflappable as you could ask a young pony to be. She is very brave and crosses water, mud over downed logs and trees and over bridges and through thick brush trail blazing! We have carried the flag on her, opened and carried a beach umbrella and drug a sled around. Cindy is good tied, a pleasure to groom and saddle as well as harness. She is behaved for the vet and the farrier and stand nicely in the wash rack for a bath and lets you clip her. She sells 100% sound with no vices or limitations. As always with any of our stock we are welcome to vet checks at the prospective buyers expense.
